1.0 Welcome

2.0 The minutes of any previous AGM will be presented and approved – N/A

3.0 A report from the interim Committee (or Chair) will be received

4.0 The statement of accounts from the interim Treasurer will be received

5.0 The existing interim Committee will stand down

6.0 There will be a vote and the Officers and General Committee for next year will be elected (nominations will be considered and voted on, quorum of 5 residents required)

7.0 There will be a vote to accept the Constitution

8.0 Next meeting date(s) announced

9.0 Meeting Closed
