All Hinchingbrooke residents are invited to take part in a photo competition, to eventually produce a 2027 Hinchingbrooke Calendar.

Deadline: Images must be submitted by email on or before midnight on
Friday 30th October 2026.

Competition conditions:

1. Open only to Hinchingbrooke Residents, images must not have won any previous competition and must be your own work.
2. The theme is ‘Hinchingbrooke across the Seasons’.
3. Images may be submitted that have been taken over the past 2
   years capturing the Hinchingbrooke area through the seasons and up until the competition deadline above.
4. Minor edits are allowed but no AI or composite images.
5. Colour images only.
6. Your images must be in landscape format (not portrait!).
7. Your images must be in .jpg or .png format.
8. 3 images per entrant, maximum.
9. Submit your name and your images by email only to
   hello@hinchingbrookeresidents.org
10. Any entrants under 18 years old require parent/guardian permission.
11. Judges will agree on the 12 images they feel best characterise the atmosphere / ambience of the area with one overall winner. The judge’s decisions are final.
12. The 12 best images will be published on the website on or after 1st December 2026 together with the name of the person who took the image.
13. Each winner will receive a prize of the resulting calendar for 2027, and a trophy to keep at home will be presented to the overall winner on or shortly after publication. The winning image will appear in the calendar and be featured on the cover.
14. Please do not submit images containing readable car number plates or identifiable people as these cannot be used.
15. Hinchingbrooke Residents Association retains the right to exhibit and publish your submitted images on the website, social media or in hard copy, and you grant permission by participating in the competition.
16. In entering the competition, you are agreeing to the competition conditions, stated above.
