At a meeting of residents held on 8th December 2025, it was agreed that a Hinchingbrooke Residents’ Association (HRA) would be set up and open to all residents of the Hinchingbrooke Estate to join.

Many residents of our neighbourhood will be aware of deepening traffic concerns in and out of the estate, but less apparent are re-development plans for the hospital in our estate, the logistics park being setup over the road, active plan proposals for our access roads, and many more development and community concerns facing us in 2026.

In response to this increase in development, and the need to work as a united entity for the betterment of Hinchingbrooke, we have agreed to form the new HRA, relying on the skills, enthusiasm, and connections of our local residents to ensure we are heard and represented as plans push forward.

The interim committee will consist of the following volunteers:
Chair – John Greenhalgh
Treasurer – Sarah Palios
Secretary – Sharon Lewis
IT Officer – Joe Corrall

Get Involved

It is crucial for our success that as many residents as possible actively engage and get involved with our efforts, so we are actively seeking new members who live on the estate and can spare us some time to make our voices heard.

Our first official open meeting will be at The George on the 5th of January 2026, at 7:30pm.

All residents are welcome to attend, but if you could provide a heads-up for numbers we’d very much appreciate that. You can get drop us a line on our contact page to let us know if you plan to attend.
